Please fill out the proxy sheet or plan to attend the Board meeting on November 12th at 6pm. You should have received a proxy form via email and mail. There are extra copies downstairs. Please vote. The last three annual meetings did not reach quorum - not enough people turned in their proxies nor attending the Zoom meeting. There were no elections. No one got replaced. I know saying this is a bit maudlin and overwrought, but please, this is not how Democracy should work. Please vote!
